Vice President of Finance (Alcatel)

·         Completed eight-month transition assignment following acquisition yielding investors up to 400%

·         Successfully integrated finance, human resource and legal functions with US headquarters in Texas

·         Transitioned all Astral Point stock records and investor relations duties to Alcatel transfer agent
